Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform de-parting operations using grinders, sanders, hand tools, and deburring machines. Inspect raw and finished parts to identify burrs, rough edges, and surface defects. Interpret work orders, blueprints, and shop travelers to confirm material, tolerances, and finishing requirements. Occasionally use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part accuracy. Ensure all edges, holes, and cut features are properly finished according to customer specifications. Operate machinery such as: Angle grinders, orbital sanders, dynafiles Manual or automated deburring tools Assist with part handling, staging, and packaging to avoid damage post-finishing.
