Reporting to - Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

+ Support Sheet Metal fabrication, manufacturing, assembling, and/or installation of various parts, structures, tools, and/or equipment

+ Work alongside production, engineering, and facilities teams to execute project deliverables

+ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities

+ Carry out planning activities and associated tasks in support of the manufacturing production requirements.

+ Support with leading engineering teams supporting operational readiness for new equipment

+ Support deriving PFMEA and Control Plans for projects

+ Participate in cross-functional settings and work with support functions, manufacturing, quality engineer, and facilities.

+ Support cost reduction & continual improvement activities.

+ Analyze raw data and generate useable reports

+ Execute tasks in line with the Quality Procedures and Production system

+ Support / advise customer on the Environment & Safety issues, arising from the proposed production system, in line with Industrial regulation.

+ Support daily meetings for project execution

+ Identify areas for improved product manufacturability, reduced product cost, or improved product reliability.

+ Engage in shop floor for discussions, acquiring hard copies of Op Sheets, if needed to better understand the production process.
