Minimum Experience:
Three or more years working as a Foreman in Metal Refinishing.
Preferred Skills:
· Spraying of any type, Painter
· Working with power tools
· Experience in physical labor jobs
· Any trades or skilled labor a plus
Desired Experience : High school diploma or equivalent experience. Comfortable in confined spaces, working with power tools, and high level of attention to detail/cleanliness.
Required: Ability to work a night shift with a flex in schedule for occasional days or weekends, some travel, have a current and valid driver's license and must be 18 years of age.

Prepares material take-offs, layout appropriate systems and make isometric and schematic sketches from blueprints, specifications, submittals and job orders.

Verifies that delivered materials and equipment match approved submittals. As required, works with tools to meet construction schedules or other demands. Identifies conflicts or need for clarification in contract documents. Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
Technical training or Associate's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
5-7 years of experience working with sheet metal
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
