Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead light commercial HVAC ductwork installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and installation, reading blueprints, managing field personnel, and coordinating with project managers and other trades. The Foreman will oversee projects such as small commercial buildings, retail spaces, offices, and similar light commercial work.
Essential Functions
Plan, organize, and manage sheet metal installation projects from start to successful completion.
Read and interpret blueprints, duct designs, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Oversee field crews, ensuring quality workmanship, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory to support jobsite efficiency.
Work closely with Project Managers to track project progress, production, and cost performance.
Ensure all work complies with company quality control standards and safety policies.
Maintain communication with general contractors, owners, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor labor hours and manage jobsite resources to stay within budget.
Support and promote CKP's safety program and jobsite compliance at all times.

Understand other trades for coordination
Properly size, cut, insulate and install metal duct runs
Understand kitchen hoods, exhaust, welded ducts and make-up air systems
Able to run an area of a project with little to no supervision along with a level 1 or 2 apprentice.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Display the ability to build a positive team attitude/morale in supporting installers. Create a positive/constructive atmosphere at the job site. Recognize and change, when possible, a poor customer relationship into a positive one.
Able to run small jobs/phase of project with one installer and complete the job at or below budget/completion date
Offer suggestions on value engineering jobs
Maintain an open-minded approach to new ideas
Provide feedback to management for installer evaluations
Be familiar with operation sequence of equipment pertaining to the mechanical trade
Work with project leader to develop an environment of efficiency and continuous improvement

Installers and technicians are subject to work in indoor and outdoor conditions. Those could include, but are not limited to; heat, cold, wind, rain, or snow. Installers and technicians are also subject to work in cramped, tight, dirty spaces or would be required to climb ladders.

We are seeking qualified Mechanical assemblers. This is a full-time position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. The job consists of installing perforated sheet metal, panels, doors, and roofing. Candidates must have 2+ years of proven experience in these field or other related fields. Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available.

Use of power tools and other equipment.
Ability to safely lift and move heavy objects by hand or with equipment.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and Background.

* Embrace and execute personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with all customers while creating Custom Framing solutions. * deliver sales and production results
* Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time
* Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment
* Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
* Support shrink and safety programs
* Interacts with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promotes commitment to the organization's vision and values; projects a positive image and serves as a role model for others
* Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget
* Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards
