* Assemble knocked-down ductwork (field assembly).
* Properly use hand tools, electric tools, ladders, and lifts (LK's).

3. Utilize a variety of tools and equipment skillfully and safely, including power shears, brakes, rollers, welding equipment, and hand tools, to perform necessary tasks.
4. Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metalsheets, using measuring and marking devices.
5. Connect and secure metalsheets and components by welding, bolting, riveting, or soldering methods, ensuring a strong and durable bond.
6. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments and repairs when required.
7. Collaborate with fellow team members, including other tradesmen and contractors, to ensure timely project completion and compliance with specifications.
8. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times, identifying and addressing potential hazards or issues promptly.
9. Keep accurate records of labor, materials used, and hours worked on each project for reporting and validation purposes.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to sheetmetal work and HVAC systems to maintain a high level of expertise.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a SheetMetal Journeyman, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and skills in sheetmetal fabrication and installation.
2. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and/or technical drawings related to sheetmetal work.
3. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and the specifications and requirements for commercial and residential projects.
4. Experienced in operating and maintaining various tools and equipment used in sheetmetal work, such as power shears, brakes, rollers, welding equipment, and hand tools.
5. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in measuring, cutting, bending, and shaping metalsheet components.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and suggest effective solutions.
