For as much as they call you "Fam" and talk about culture in the onboarding, the atmosphere among employees is specifically toxic. It also seems like multiple stores have problems with managers and employees talking down to new hires and not doing a very good job of training them either.

Don't dare speak against management, they will target you and make life very difficult by retaliating against you.
