Maintain and repair all store equipment and execute all environmental compliance programs, complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, and perform all assigned maintenance activities in order for the stores to continue providing total customer focus to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
* Maintain store equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, petroleum equipment and overall facility in good working order
* Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and make repairs to equipment according to established procedures to minimize parts usage.

* Attend and participate in all work related meetings, scheduled inventories and training classes. Maintain all certifications as required by manufacturers and local/state/federal law.
* Maintain company vehicle and adhere to all state/local/federal laws and company policies regarding operation and maintenance of company vehicle.

Responsible for the proper installation of tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
Responsible for properly disposing of tires and ensuring propane tanks are filled per club policy.
Maintains a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area. Merchandises tire displays and automotive products.
Ensures that knowledgeable service is provided to members at the tire desk. Coordinates with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed.
Maintains an accurate and complete supply inventory. Understands and appropriately utilizes available special-order tire programs.
Complies with safety and cleanliness standards and properly utilizes tire bay equipment.
Assists members in the selection and purchase of tires including verifying the sizes for vehicles.
Fills propane tanks as needed if certified per DOT requirements.
Provides knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk.
Understands and appropriately utilizes available special order tire programs.
Ensures that all tire bay scheduling data and documentation is completed for sales and service orders.

Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles required.
Strong interpersonal skills required.
Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills required.
Prior tire installation experience preferred.
Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.
Environmental Job Conditions
Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
Most of the time is spent standing and moving about continuously on hard surfaces. Frequent need to bend, climb, crawl, kneel, push, pull, reach, move side to side, stoop, and climb ladders/step stools.
Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.
Usually perform job surrounded by moving cars, machinery and/or loud equipment that may require shouting to be heard. There may be occasional exposure to company approved chemicals and cleaning agents, and strong smells.

Job Title: Technician 20

Job Summary: The Technician 20 is responsible completing repairs and maintenance at assigned stores and identifies further recommended actions.
Perform specific store repairs, installation, replacement, and maintenance tasks as assigned through the Asset Management System such as (but not limited to) carpentry, minor plumbing (filter changes, water treatment PM, clogs, fixture and sensor replacements), interior and exterior painting, dry wall, tiling, light bulbs, counter tops and cabinets. Ensure repairs are completed within a time specified by priority codes for approximately 10 to 15 primary assigned stores, but not limited to, when special business needs dictate.
If the position is located in Florida, additional duties may include fuel pump nozzle and hose replacements).
Visit all stores in their assigned areas on a scheduled basis to keep the assigned equipment clean and in good operating condition. This includes beverage equipment monthly and semiannual HVAC and refrigeration PMs. Plan daily routes that are efficient and cost effective.
Prepare and coordinate store for remodel, openings, and project work as specified by the Lead Technician. Support Public Relations' during opening celebrations.
Maintain the integrity of the asset tagging system including tag audits, transferring assets and setting up assets in new and remodeled stores.
Maintain and report all necessary paperwork and electronic communication as determined by the Lead Technician Supervisor in a prompt, orderly and timely manner, which includes invoicing and payroll documents.
Notify the Lead Technician when company standards are not being met by internal or external service providers. Performs other duties requested by Lead Technician when the business need dictates it.

What You'll be Doing:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance (major and minor) of utilities systems in a multi-craft environment including PLC, instrumentation, mechanical and equipment repair.
Responsible for Preventative Maintenance (PM) and timely work order completion for complex.
Perform routine chemical testing, making necessary operational adjustments to maintain proper operating parameters for cooling tower and boiling water.
Monitor complex heating/ventilation system and adjust controls for proper operation.
Provide 24/7 automated process monitoring and take appropriate action as needed.
Works with the Maintenance Planner to maintain supplies through ordering and receiving chemicals, record usage and interaction with appropriate vendors.
Maintain manufacturing and complex equipment by performing Preventative (PM), Predictive (PdM) and Corrective Maintenance to ensure maximum life expectancy of machinery.
Notify appropriate leadership of unsafe, damaged work equipment and make recommendations regarding repair or replacement as needed.
Suggests design improvements on existing and new equipment and systems.
May provide training and direction to other technicians and operators as needed.
Perform other duties as requested by Maintenance Master/Manager.
What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
HS Diploma/GED required.
Associates degree or certification in a technical field preferred.
Mechatronics Certifications for Levels 1-7 completed.
5-7 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with standard mechanical and electrical component maintenance and repair practices; knowledge of and skill with Preventative Maintenance.
Skilled and certified in various PLC programming languages.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
Knowledge and experience with Safe Quality Foods (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) and Lean Manufacturing process.
Ability to support and work with engineering on projects, equipment design, layout or re-design.
Working knowledge of standard mechanical component maintenance and repair practices.
Familiar with office technology tools (ex: MS Office).
Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Ability to operate basic machining equipment (lathe, mill, drill press).
