I get to do something I enjoy while getting paid for it. I also get the experience and training that I need.

There are people that don't always see the same opportunities that you see. It takes time to find good people that have the same work ethic.

I get 50% off of food. Discount on gas prices. I get to train towards a job that I want in the future. I get to build relationships with team members and customers.

For as much as they call you "Fam" and talk about culture in the onboarding, the atmosphere among employees is specifically toxic. It also seems like multiple stores have problems with managers and employees talking down to new hires and not doing a very good job of training them either.
