* Monitor and maintain compliance of clinical records, including all MSDP and DMH standards.
* Maintain work environment, manage and report hazards to supervisor and/or Facilities Manager.
* Report any facilities related issues to Facilities Manager. Follow up to insure facilities issues are corrected.
* Ensure programming is active and within the scope of wellness and recovery principles.
Qualifications, Experience and Education
* Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field or four years of experience in related field
* Knowledge of community resources
* Knowledge of licensing requirements and skills to maintain those standards
* Ability to supervise, evaluate and motivate staff

Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.28The role of the Relationship Banking Associate is to deliver high quality customer service and responsiveness to ensure fulfillment and satisfaction of both internal and external customers. This individual will be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of routine transactions and other related services accurately in accordance with policy and procedures. This individual will be responsible for identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate business partner or line of business that will help fulfill the customer's need(s). This interaction may be in person or over the telephone. The Relationship Banking Associate will provide support for basic consumer deposit account opening as required.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent listening & communication skills
Ability to approach, identify and have conversations with customers and identify needs and opportunities
Organizational, interpersonal and customer relations skills which also includes problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to function in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

Tasks Performed:
65% Processes routine transactions and associated general customer and account servicing duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency including but not limited to routine and non-routine teller transactions in accordance with policy and procedures. Performs various administrative duties as assigned including maintaining records, preparing a variety of forms & reports and daily vault balancing. Engages in referral and relationship management in accordance with established objectives and goals. Provides support for new deposit account opening as required. Will adhere to security measures and controls to minimize any potential losses to the company.
25% Identify customer opportunities through interactive and consultative conversations to assess and address the needs of the customer. Provides services to customers, including but not limited to basic deposit account opening and referring customers to the appropriate business partners when necessary. Conducts sales and service calls to existing and potential customers to ensure existing customer needs are met and to prospect new sales leads. Take ownership to resolve customer issues and complaints while delivering a high level of responsiveness. Ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction through direct personal action and enlist additional support to handle the customer's need in a timely manner.
5% Participates in community events that support efforts with the Community Reinvestment Act CRA.
5% Performs other duties as assigned and required.

The Key Program, Inc. is currently seeking a Part-Time (8-16 hours per week) Occupational Therapist to work with adolescent male and female clients within our group home programs located in Pittsfield, MA . The hours available are flexible but would need to include after-school and/or weekend hours.
Qualifications:
Initial certification by National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy
Current licensing by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
Registered with the State Board of Registration in Allied Health Professionals
Two years of experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in school system or other pediatric practice setting
Total Compensation: $43.50 - 46.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Provide direct Occupational Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations, including assessment of prior and current level of function.
Setting individualized goals and making discharge recommendations in accordance with standards of practice.
Provide direct OT treatments according to standards of practice, including child and family education, progression of treatment plan and implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Report on child's progress through appropriate written documentation including evaluation forms, progress notes, education forms.
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, children, family, and other members of the health care team relative to the child's treatment and progress as well as other affiliated agencies with regard to effective discharge planning.
