Manage and perform thorough follow up on issue status' and resolution progress Record and document disposition of non-conformities in the ERP quality system Oversee the product on-hold / off-hold process and communicate with other departments as necessary Support and/or Lead Quality team projects for continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
