Track record of increasing shareholder value in various industries and meeting the economic and competitive challenges while running the business, creating and enhancing value through successful mergers & acquisitions work, as well as several sponsor liquidation events including an initial public offering (IPO). Currently the Chief Financial Officer of a closely held business. Previous experience includes three years as a VP of Finance building a successful private equity venture and seven years in a Dow 30 corporation in various leadership roles. Effective business leader working with all functions and disciplines throughout an organization. Significant experience in change management as well as building, strengthening and maintaining teams. Significant Sarbanes, SEC, risk management, treasury and investor relations experience. Board Member with a not for profit whose mission is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families.
