Campaigns include traditional mail and telemarketing but increasingly leverage digital and social media communications. The Information Assistant provides research and reference assistance to library users with an emphasis on support for Microforms and Government Information. The Information Assistant will receive advanced training in Microforms and Government Information resources and will field questions related to student and faculty research and library information needs.
