About the Role: The Enterprise Account Executive is primarily responsible for growing the fiber optic network for point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and internet bandwidth connections within designated territories. The Fiber Account Executive must have a proven sales history and be able to hunt for, develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise, government, healthcare, education, and other business customers to maximize service account value. Incumbent must respond to customer inquiries, manage service aspects of the account, cold call, and network in an effort to initiate contacts with business prospects for various service offerings.

Essential Job Functions:
Direct sales responsibility for acquiring customers on the Fiber Optic Network to meet sales goals.
Develop and follow a comprehensive time and territory management plan to effectively maximize coverage and efficiently manage expenses.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with existing and prospective business customers.
Grow and maintain potential prospect funnel by actively cold calling and attending networking events.
Experience with managed network services, such as managed Wi-Fi, network and switch is preferred.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Four year college degree or four years of telecommunications business sales experience preferred.
Sales, closing, and networking skills.

Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling new business while managing and growing your client portfolio through the value of CoStar products. Working Conditions
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of offices, including the need for general safe workplace practices with office equipment and computers, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations.
This position is performed remotely within the United States or in an office setting in the Cleveland, Ohio headquarters, although off-site meetings in various settings may occur.
Inside Asurint's office environment, the noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
In a remote setting, the employee is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, for arranging the off-site workspace in an ergonomically sound manner, and for maintaining standard Internet speeds in order to work effectively.
In a remote setting, the employee is required to ensure that all equipment and records that are the property of Asurint but have been relocated to the off-site workplace, are maintained in a safe and secure manner and are used only for business purposes.
The schedule is generally normal Eastern Time Zone business hours (unless otherwise communicated based on position or working location), although the employee may be required to perform work, attend meetings and events before or after normal workings hours, and occasionally on weekends and evenings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, and training via role plays and side-by-side selling with sales representatives
* Inspecting and driving marketing campaigns at retail stores
* Making daily calls to stores to help drive performance
* Receiving calls as the first point of contact to help resolve customer escalations
* Maintaining and driving accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territory
* Using local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distribution
* Communication with store owners driving their business sales performance
* Implementing plans to exceed sales quota across the territory
* Maintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and services
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
* Four years of sales and/or account management experience
* Three years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management
* One-year selling wireless products or services
* Contract or vendor relationship experience
Skills And Qualifications:
* Must have a valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, completed driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines
* Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment
* Be available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hours
* Exhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
* Ability to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives
* Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to work well individually and as a member of a team
* Bilingual Spanish or Arabic strongly preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively engage with prospects daily through a strategic mix of outbound calls and personalized emails.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles, consistently achieving targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
Bachelors' degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College

A track record of commitment to prior employers

The Sales Engineer is the primary technical resource for the business development team. This position is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and recommending technology resources throughout the sales process, and acts as an advocate for the company's products.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Review RFP information to qualify opportunities that best fit the portfolio of Company's offerings.
Create new estimates by utilizing Company's estimating program.
Collaborate with Project Manager to design and update technical documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW), Schedule of Values and Change Order Estimates.
Update CRM system with final bid amount, margins, and other pertinent data.
Provides additional information required for proposals, as needed.
Oversee Scope Review meetings with Customer, providing knowledge and feedback of project specifications.
Review estimate/SOW to verify all documents match accordingly; makes modifications to original Estimate so that it matches Customer Purchase Order amount.
Develop and create submittal packages for Sales team; Manage submittal sheets on internal Server.
Attend project Kick-Off meeting with Project Manager.
Oversee and direct a variety of team members for specific projects, ensuring that each project has appropriate staffing resources.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
