Job Summary As a D1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, you'll lead small group, team, and individual training sessions while fostering a positive, motivating environment. You'll be responsible for coaching proper technique, modifying movements to meet individual needs, and holding athletes accountable to their goals. You'll work with youth (ages 7-18), adults, and athletic teams - delivering the D1 experience through energy, expertise, and engagement. Responsibilities Coach and motivate athletes in group, semi-private, and personal training sessions. Foster a positive, high-energy environment that inspires athletes to perform at their best. Modify and adapt exercises to suit individual goals, abilities, and limitations. Educate athletes on strength, speed, nutrition, and recovery. Ensure proper form and technique to reduce the risk of injury. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with members. Start and finish all workouts on time, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Align each athlete with the appropriate D1 program based on assessments and goals. Contribute to the continued growth and culture of D1 Training Billings. Qualifications Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification. At least one NCCA-accredited certification (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.). Minimum 1 year of experience in strength & conditioning, group fitness, or team/personal training. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred). Passion for motivating others and delivering exceptional service. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
