Pros of working at Sherburne County

Nothing!

Cons of working at Sherburne County

Everything - Management especially! Sherburne's atmosphere is one that is not diversified, clear favoritism exists. Department managers, supervisors, lead workers and human resources look out for one another but everyone below them is treated as second-class. Poor training with convoluted instructions, training material and outdated computer systems. The office environment is very (psychologically) unhealthy! They constantly are negative and talk behind other’s backs...very childish. I can't wait to leave as soon as another job opportunity is offered,

Sherburne County benefits

No weekends and nice employee breakroom. It's sad - that is all I can say!
