Our nurse to elder ratio is 1:24. The CNAs take care of the elders by cooking food, cleaning rooms and kitchen, assisting with activities, and providing cares. # ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS # Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques. Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records. Monitor and report changes in patients# conditions to the appropriate medical staff.
