Mr. Skidmore joined Sheridan in January 2019 as Manager, Planning and Investor Relations and was named Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in August 2019. His areas of responsibility include investor relations, accounting, finance, IT and land administration. Mr. Skidmore has over 15 years of experience, most recently with Cobalt International Energy, where he served as Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations. Before joining Cobalt, he held roles of increasing responsibility with LyondellBasell Industries and Oasis Petroleum, after starting his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Cheryl S Phillips works at SHERIDAN PRODUCTION PARTNERS and a VP/CCO/Gen Cnsl/Secretary at SHERIDAN PRODUCTION PARTNERS. She has worked as Attorney at MAYOR DAY CALDWELL & KEETON and Partner at Andrews Kurth LLP. Cheryl studied at University of Houston Law Center and Rice.

Mr. Heintz joined Sheridan in 2007 and was named Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary in April 2020. During his tenure at Sheridan, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in the legal department in respect of oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures, finance, hedging, securities compliance, fundraising and other corporate and transactional matters. Prior to Sheridan, Mr. Heintz served as in-house counsel to the business development group of Apache Corporation from 2003. He began his legal career at Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe LLP and later, Vinson and Elkins LLP. Mr. Heintz holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Thomas E. Voytovich was appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer – International, effective Jan. 1, 2014, having been executive vice president – International Operations, since February 2013, and regional vice president and general manager in Egypt since June 2009. He previously served as regional vice president for the Central Region in Tulsa, Okla., since March 2006, regional exploration manager for the Central Region since May 2004, and in various technical positions with the company in Tulsa beginning in March 1993. Prior to joining the company, Voytovich held positions of increasing responsibility with Hillin-Simon Oil Company, Berexco Inc., Petro-Lewis Corporation, and Shell Oil Company from 1978 to 1993. Voytovich received a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from Michigan Tech in 1978.
