The owner was amazing but is no longer there, this website list Mike Henderson who is retired and was a store manger not the CEO the CEO is Steve Olsrud, Sherm’s son. he’s great but more hands off now. The general manager is Bob Ames and he’s good until he’s manipulated and emotionally reactive leading to illogical reactive decisions.
Create a larger board based team of executives, using the leadership already in place to make decisions so that all parties are heard and it is voted on with more stakeholders having a say.

Some people can be friendly
HR wont care about you or your problems, neither will your managers. They lie to you in your intervirw to get you to work here l saying things like insurance kicks in after 3 months and that they hire for other positions by considering current employees.
I didnt have to go grocery shopping as an errand but thats about it
