BLS required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attends/presents at program inservice sessions as scheduled. Attends external professional growth activities as scheduled and communicates information to the team. Assists program director in identifying educational needs of team and implements corresponding inservice sessions. Adjusts personal schedule to meet needs of program when requested. Protects patient confidentiality at all times. Communicates professionally with various publics as evidenced by customer/client satisfaction. Is familiar with and acts according to contents of applicable professional code, company SOP/handbook, program P&P, and hospital policies.
