This position is responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks. Drivers ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer. Drivers are accountable for customer satisfaction and for transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #704372, located at: 761 Beta Drive-L, Mayfield Village, OH 44143. This is a full-time position with a hiring rate of $15.00/hr.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public. Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a Department of Transportation (DOT) licensed "medical examiner" listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Registry or be willing to obtain one within five business days of receiving a conditional offer of employment
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.

Job Summary:
The Class A tanker truck driver position requires a Class A CDL with no restrictions and a Tanker endorsement to start with Haz Mat endorsement required within 60 days of hire. The driver must be able to plan trips (breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic & construction, city and rural driving conditions) and manage unforeseen circumstances. The driver will sit for several hours at a time while operating their equipment. Equipment can include but is not limited to semi truck, tank trailers, dry van, pneumatic, intermodal, and flat beds. Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading product according to company and customer instructions. Weekends, nights, and holidays will be required to make timely deliveries to our customers. Weekly mileages can and do fluctuate.
Essential Job Functions:
The individual is required to follow all government, company & customer policies and regulations. This includes but is not limited to FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL.

Candidates must successfully complete a DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check and functionality testing.

About the Position
We're seeking a Box Truck Driver to join our team who would like to work in an active, fast-paced area, assist in the warehouse when business is slow, learn about our products, enjoy a positive workplace with fair benefits, and help us build this company into a place where both you and your family will be proud to have you work.
As a driver, your primary duties would include the following:
Drive transfer materials to AC Pro locations
Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
Deliver and pick up materials from job sites and communicate courteously with customers
Complete delivery paperwork and daily logs
Work with dispatch team to ensure product targets and deadlines are met
Essential Required Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 21-years of age
Must have a valid drive'rs license as it is essential and is part of the job's responsibilities
Must have the ability to follow specific verbal and written instructions
Must be available to work overtime
This position requires some physical abilities including:
Ability to be seated driving for the majority of the workday
Ability to lift or move 25-50 pounds
Ability to reach, feel, grasp, grip, carry, push, and pull
