Process Engineer - Grinding Processes & Machine Industrialization This specialized Process Engineer position focuses on the development, optimization, and industrialization of grinding processes for compressor blades, turbine blades, and turbine shrouds within MTU Maintenance's engine overhaul operations. The role ensures precision, efficiency, and compliance in grinding operations while driving the implementation of advanced machinery and automation solutions. The engineer will collaborate closely with production teams, OEMs, and equipment suppliers to establish robust processes that meet stringent aerospace standards.
