Progression
I am yet to see anyone.
The workplace culture, everyone is friendly at work and are willing to offer assistance. Even the superior colleagues are all amazing. As coffee person, I love the fact that there is coffee in every Sherwin-Williams store.
All inclusiveness.
I won’t change a thing.
It largely depends upon the job duties and lots of other factors. General knowledge of interviews will be of good help.
For me it is awesome.
It’s pretty great.
The amazing workplace culture- friendliness.
Good benefits, good employees, work with hours.
Not enough pay for the delivery driver's, have to work most holidays, this is for drivers, slow in delivery, no pay raises
Perk, I have a job, Benfits, some cash but not enough to serve in texas
I had great co-workers and a lot of independence while working there.
I didn't see much opportunity for serious upward mobility from where I was in the company.
We got free food fairly frequently.
The pay was great!
Communication, house keeping
benefits/ time off with family
Consistency of employment and training
Pay could be better
401k is a huge plus
The company took care of me from the start. I got a 401k, paid time off, medical, dental, and more. They understood the need for work/life balance. I also loved the fact that knowledge I gained working in sales there are applicable to my own life.
The stagnancy that occurs on the job. I feel like I'm wasting away at the job. I need more exciting or at least more enticing work to do.
Good pay and good coworkers
Bonus potential, people I work with
Lack of staffing, hard to maintain work-life balance
Bonus opportunities
Small business, quick to move, less bureaucracy
No apparent career progression
Not being micro-managed
Fast paced manufacturing environment.
Yearly bonus based on company set metrics.
They pay employees a decent wage
Advancement for minorities
The did do little extra's for the employees
Great work life balance, benefits, 401k and retirement
Being in a retail environment
I make my own schedule
Job security, and the relationship between me and my co workers and customers
paint, I could not stand the smell of paint. It was too strong and often bothered my nose
I had a great time working with co-workers. The workers are family oriented
As a manager you get to make your own schedule.
Micro-managed. Unless you know people, your skills are not displayed in a career that you want. I currently have a MBA in Supply Chain Management and I can even be transferred to that segment of the company.
Good benefits overall.
The company cares about employee growth
There is so much information to know that even people who have been there a year don't know. It would be beneficial if everyone got the product training that the ASM gets.
Stock Performance, Co-workers,
Dealing with the general public every day, and company culture from the corporate world is becoming disconnected from the true work force and not supporting the blue collar workers that support the company.
Uncapped bonuses that are sales and performance based.
Weekends off Less of a retail setting, mainly body shops are the customers. Trainings and relocation.
Very fast paced and customers are very touchy. Declining yet very competitive industry. Lunches are hard to come by. Same day deliveries everyday, makes for mistakes in orders especially when customer is not descriptive enough on the phone.
Weekends off, easy enough when you’ve worked for years. They pay for relocation when you transfer/move up.
Competitive salary and bonus structure
Short staffed in every store, high volume sales with minimal support staff burns every employee out rapidly, from part time sales associate to management and sales reps.
Bonus incentive is great. Health insurance is mediocre. 401K and company matching is a great perk. Pension is offered as of now, but there has been talk of the company taking that perk away.
Great learning experience, good company to be apart of.
People come in at same pay level.
401 k
