The culture of safety and atmosphere of friendship that abounds. The equipment is nice, the hours are reasonable, and the projects are usually well chosen.
Working outside is always a challenge. But, past that, there are very few cons to this company.
Company cookouts and free jackets and hats they give away, and getting the week off between Christmas and New Year Day every year.
Mr Sherwood is awesome and very obviously cares about his employees and company.
I would only change it by providing better help to those that move up from hourly to a salaried position.
I put on my work boots and showed up to the jobsite like I was ready to get on a piece of iron and operate.
As far as I can tell, it is on the upper end of average, if not above.
It is a very diverse group to work in and with.
