Quality Improvement Specialist Human Services

Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm

Job Description
Lead Maintenance and Fabrication
Department(s): Maintenance
Reports to: President
Consults with: Other Management
Terms of Employment: Full Time
Overall Responsibility: Lead the preventive maintenance program, repairs and process modifications of facility structures and equipment.
Position Alternate Tasks:
Must be able to fill in for other maintenance employees as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that plant operations are compliant with food safety regulations and occupational safety regulations (FDA, OSHA, EPA, etc.).
Budget Control:
Work with senior management to determine an operations budget for projected plant renovations or equipment purchases.
Proactively seek out new technologies for more proficient processing or for the design of new products.
Inventory Control:
Maintain an adequate supply of equipment parts and materials to ensure plant operations run efficiently.
Preventive Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Schedule / prioritize work orders based upon emergencies
Verify that repairs / modifications are completed accurately, and that sufficient documentation is completed in support of the food safety and occupational safety programs.
Sustain integrity and proper function of processing equipment and components. Verify that processing equipment is maintained according to manufacturer specifications or regulatory requirements.
Schedule / perform preventive maintenance tasks on all processing equipment as necessary to maintain safe and legal products.
Perform preoperative / post maintenance verification inspections to ensure that equipment is intact and is free from build-up or other contaminants and as necessary for post maintenance / pre-operational line clearance.
Verify the function of processing equipment and product testing equipment according to the food safety program (i.e., magnets, etc.).
Process Modifications / Equipment Replacement:
Verify sanitary design standards are utilized when performing process modifications or equipment replacements.
Manage the inspection approval process when commissioning new processing equipment.
Work with management to verify that calibration records are current for food processing and product testing equipment.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of processing operations
Knowledge of equipment fabrication and repair techniques
Good organization of time and resources
Capability to trouble shoot and make decisions based upon unique situations
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
Ability to communicate with other management, contractors, auditors, and customers
Provide support to employee respect, teamwork, and productivity
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
