You'll work directly with clients while also playing a lead role in building the clinical framework for our OCD services collaborating closely with leadership to establish best practices and treatment protocols. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct clinical services to individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related anxiety disorders using evidence-based approaches, primarily CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Participate in the design and development of our OCD treatment program, including curriculum, tools, and workflows. Collaborate with clinical leadership and fellow therapists to ensure quality and consistency of care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing program development discussions. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
