The Applications team within Software Integration & Operations builds internal tools that power Shield AI's most critical operations across Production, Customer Success, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Own the development and release of Foundry-backed applications that power MES, ERP, and operational analytics.

Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and supply chain teams to understand workflows and deliver scalable software solutions.
Leverage Palantir Foundry: Use Foundry's APIs, ontology, and visualization tools to integrate data across multiple domains.

Shape the roadmap: Contribute to technical direction, make sound architecture decisions, and help scale our Foundry development capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full-stack application development with proven ownership of deployed solutions.
Hands-on experience designing and operating Python data-processing pipelines with pandas, NumPy, Dask, and PySpark.
Strong skills in data modeling, working with large datasets, and building analytical workflows.
Solid foundation in software design, testing, and documentation.
Ability to deliver complex projects independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

As a Staff Simulation Engineer, you will be dedicated to Shield AI's next-generation aircraft program, adopting our existing infrastructure to advance new capabilities.
