Leading Insurance Restoration company in the Greenville / Winterville, Raleigh and Charlotte area quickly growing and expanding territory coverage and looking to fill multiple positions immediately. Job Description C3 ‘s role is to be the conduit and coordinator of the insurance claim as they are pipe or channel for conveying information to all parties involved including, but not limited to: company officers and managers, other team members, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, clients and coordinating all aspects of the job with same.
They help coordinate mitigation, remediation and repairs efficiently, by understanding the loss, assisting with and dispatching EMS crews, arranging testing as appropriate, assisting with and scheduling each trade based on the repair estimate, and communicating with client all pertinent details of the job. There are several clients, equally as important as the other, on the claim: Insurance Adjuster, Subcontractor, Property Owner, and Companies' Internal Customers (Managers and Fellow Employees).
This position is all about communication, follow up and more follow up and communication- prove that and you are in!
Qualifications
Skills required:
Over 4 years of Customer Service / Client Care experience
Over 2 years Project Management / Scheduling / Dispatching / Tracking
General understanding of remodeling, construction / restoration principles an asset
Excellent computer skills (email, excel, word, calendars, PDF, digital pictures, Xactimate*, DASH*)
Systematic and capable of organizing multiple jobs / activities at a time
Analytical and able to problem solve in a timely manner under intense circumstances.
Think outside the box to make adjustments and changes as required as situations dictate
Produce exceptional and well organized, documented job files
Maintains professional conduct, organization and communication skills
to deliver extraordinary service to in house peers/team, insurance

What You Bring
10+ years of progressive experience working at/with Insurance companies Underwriting department, ideally attaining Director level role or higher
Established relationships with the decision makers for Underwriting solutions at the top US P&C Insurance Companies
Have a in-depth knowledge and understanding of the North American Insurance ecosystem
Have excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and non-verbal; you master the art of making complex things feel simple

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Leave Success Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by working closely with our customer's employees to provide seamless onboarding and ongoing support as they navigate the leave journey from start to finish.

Who are you?
As a member of the Customer Success Team you will have a few years of experience in a customer facing role, preferably in the healthcare or human resources industry, and a passion for helping people when it matters most. Day-to-day, you will get your hands dirty by:
Managing the lifecycle of employees on leave through Tilt software and various support channels
Providing troubleshooting support for employees and their managers
Partnering with internal experts to serve as a resource for employees on leave - answering questions around U.S. state and federal leave laws, state paid family and medical programs, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and company policies
Advocating for the customer internally by working across multiple departments
Ongoing development of your platform and industry knowledge around leave management and compliance
Collaborating with each accounts' Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help prove value to our stakeholders
Communicating directly with regulatory agencies, healthcare and insurance providers, and other third parties if/when necessary

2+ years of experience in a customer success or support and have extensive knowledge in paid and unpaid Leave of Absence across the United States

Total Compensation 💰
The projected annual salary range starts at $60,000 USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business. We are people-first and this ain't some PR jazz, we truly give a damn about our peeps!
