Shift Lead Manager Careers

This personnel supervises the daily operations of a store when the manager is absent. He is in charge of creating the shift schedule and delegating duties to staff. He also helps out at any workstation during his shift. Asides from that, he monitors and supervises team performance and ensures duties are performed efficiently. Furthermore, he attends to customer concerns based on products, services rendered, or employee interactions. Likewise, he handles employees disputes and ensures compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. Lastly, he trains new staff and coaches team members.

This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent. You must possess communication, leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, and organization skills. You must possess previous experience in a similar role. Also, you must be able to use company databases and software. Their salary varies from $20,000 to $48,000. The average annual salary for this role is $30,573.
