Job Description The Shift Leader is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities while on duty. The Shift Leader will work with the restaurant management team to ensure all activities are consistent with and supportive of the restaurant's business plan. They will ensure all Team Members are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations. Hourly with Tips Range $16.00 to $20.00 Primary Job Purpose: The Shift Lead acts as primary support for the barista staff to ensure a café culture of excellence, positivity, and urgency to the customer. The Shift Lead reinforces the tone and personality of the stores by setting an example and demonstrating a commitment to our brand promise and core values. Key Responsibilities: Ensures that all customers receive efficient, friendly, superior service with a “customer first” mentality.
