Position Summary
The RN Weekend Supervisor oversees all nursing operations during the weekend shifts, providing leadership, direction, and clinical guidance to the nursing team. This role ensures continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service for every resident.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arkansas (in good standing).
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Must be dependable and willing to work weekends consistently.

What you will do: As Shift Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living.⯠Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. As the immediate supervisor of direct care staff, you may be responsible for making critical and sound decisions during emergencies, including conducting group intervention crisis sessions and inform Unit Managers of concerns. This position requires you to be a role model for staff and students, leading by example and modeling ROP programming.
To be considered you should: ~ ROP employees currently in this position and internal candidates being considered for an open SS position must have a BA/BS in a related field or actively pursuing a degree ~ Must Have three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting.
