The SBA Credit Risk Team Lead is responsible for all underwriting activities related to new and existing credit transactions with moderate to higher complexity including client diligence, structuring, and the required analysis and preparation of the underwriting package. They will also manage a team, focused on SBA 7a lending.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proactively communicates with Loan Officers and assigned Credit Portfolio Managers during the underwriting, approval and portfolio management processes.
Review and circulate credit packages and modifications for approval. Ensure packages are updated as required by approvers.
Underwrite complex new loan requests and modifications.
Coordinate with the assigned Commercial Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants and Direct Reports all activities required to complete a credit package.
Completes performance evaluations, reviews and approves timecards and all other manager related activities for his/her direct reports.
Prepare effective packages for credit approval circulation and to present packages to the required level of credit authority.
Obtain, and monitor various loan portfolio reports such as Maturing Loans, Past-Due Loans, Annual Reviews and proactively assist lenders with requisite action plans.
Assure that credits are accurately risk rated and credits are properly monitored and reported.
Adhere and comply with all requirements of Regulation B Adverse Action Procedures -- Florida Division.
Create and maintain current BSA Information.
Adhere and comply with all requirements of watch list and EDD procedures.
Manage and track covenants, borrowing bases, A-R Ageing, etc. for their accounts.
Assist in preparation of quarterly CLMR reports.
Advise Lenders on all matters related to the Bank's Credit Policy and related Procedures/Forms.
As time allows conduct annual site visits, attend loan closings and other tasks required to support assigned lenders.

Position Overview
The Assistant Store Leader of Operations leads and supports the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve all store goals, including best of class guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation, while driving both associate and guest engagement. Maintains an awareness of brand aesthetic and relevance to the store environment and communicate with team
Communicates performance observations and offers feedback to the District Leader
Qualifications
1 year Retail Management
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities:
Retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.

Requirements:

Ability to work a varying schedule including some weekends and holidays.
Ability to communicate verbally while understanding and following written and verbal instructions from management.
Can work well under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace throughout your shift.
Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time.
Can lift at least 50 pounds which can include carrying cupcake trays, cupcake batter/frosting, and bags of boxed purchases.
Must be able to move around the front of the bakery while bending down for bags and reaching up for cupcake trays.

Job Description
Dogtopia of Westchase is seeking hardworking, organized, and self-motivated ShiftLeaders for our growing daycare location! We are seeking part time but you need to be all year employment only, no seasonal. While the position would start at part time (30-35 hours a week), there would be room for advancement in the future to full time.
The ShiftLeader is responsible for maintaining accountability and safety for a team of up to 20 employees and a group of up to 100 customer dogs! We are a fast-paced business and the candidate should be prepared to spend the entire shift on his/her feet. Multi-tasking and maintaining organization in a busy environment is required.
Minimum Requirements:
*23 years of age or older
*Able to interact in a positive way with all sizes and types of dog (if you are afraid of ANY breed, this is not the place for you as Dogtopia does not breed discriminate)
*Ready to take on heavy cleaning on a daily basis (Lots of dogs means lots of cleaning!)
*Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Successful team members are aware of their environment at all times and consistently attend to the ever-changing pack environment and special needs of each animal. This position requires a high level of responsibility as we are caring for the lives of animals and monitoring and maintaining a safe environment. This is a dirty job and HARD work which requires being self sufficient and the ability to maintain vigil without human interaction for long periods of time. Other daily assignments may include giving dogs baths to company standards and/or nail trims.
