You'd be responsible for multiple management roles which include:
Ensuring Efficiency, Quality, and Safety Standards on job sites.
Attending client meetings before and during construction projects.
Driving company vehicles to and from the job's sites and vendor locations.
Safely transporting heavy equipment to and from jobs sites.
Reporting job status and daily hours to the management team.
You might be a good fit if you have:
2 Years plus of landscape install experience.
1-year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew.
Knowledge of plants and landscape construction materials.
The ability to estimate timelines during a construction project.
The ability to take in depth measurements, and convert them to volume and/or area.
The ability to deal with deadlines and changes.
The ability to manage multiple staff members efficiently.
You must have the following:
A valid Driver's license and a chauffeurs license may be required and a DOT medical card or the ability to pass a DOT screening, which does include a Drug Test.
The ability to pass random drug screenings.
The ability to operate phone-based applications to report your teams' daily hours, and your daily DOT startup and shutdown.
Multiple years of heavy equipment operation.
The ability to safely tow construction equipment and trailers.
The ability to work overtime and some weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Shift Lead is responsible for coordinating shift operations. This includes coaching associates on standards that will deliver the service and quality expected as outlined by Donatos Standards of Operations. The position includes opening and closing the store and completing the paperwork required to coordinate the shift.
Interacts with and listens to customers attentively and enthusiastically.

Deliver a predictable, elevated guest experience during every interaction.
Support birthday parties, events, and peak rush periods with structure and confidence.
Handle guest concerns professionally while maintaining service recovery standards.
Team Development & Accountability
Lead the Pre-Shift Meeting to align staff on priorities, assignments, goals, and standards for the shift.
Motivate and coach team members using the seasonal Pride & Passion initiative.
Hold staff accountable to expectations, professionalism, and task completion.
Document performance concerns and follow the 3-write-up corrective process.
Operational Execution
Oversee party flow, check-in, and room readiness with consistency.
Ensure all attractions are properly staffed and maintained, using the iPad-based digital maintenance log to report issues accurately.
Support sales initiatives, membership offers, concessions upselling, and retail goals.
š Schedule Requirements
This role requires dependable availability during high-volume times.
Shift Leads must:
ā Work two weekend days each week
ā Close at least two nights per week
ā Maintain reliable, consistent scheduling availability
Accountability is essential - flexibility is a bonus.
