To provide oversight of all client activities including but not limited to, program related classes and meetings, as well as special events and activities inside/outside Revive facilities.
Attend and participate in all required staff meetings.

Educate and coach persons served in all aspects of the house policy and procedures.
Set up and coordinate a walk-through on 30-minute timeframe to be performed every day around the clock 24/7 during your assigned shift.

BACKGROUND/ EDUCATION:
No restrictions on education but must be able to read and write at least to a 6th grade level.
Background in or be familiar and willing to work with men struggling with substance abuse issues.
Preferred one year of full-time of direct practice (volunteer or paid) in a peer recovery support or similar environment.
A valid State drivers license must meet insurance requirement for coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:
The Shift Supervisor will direct the activities of clients during a specific period or shift. This involves working with them to ensure they are in treatment as required, participating in programming or other activities. A calm temperament with the ability to critically think and make rational decisions is key to success for the Shift Supervisor and clients. Resolve discrepancies in job tickets and production issues to meet on-time delivery schedules.

Provide back up and cover other shifts as needed.

Basic Qualifications
Associate's degree plus a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in related field required. A combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of progressively more responsible work experience in related field will be considered.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of product.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to learn and use company-specific computer applications and software.

Responsible to know and understand all duties of the Shift Supervisors and be prepared to train on such as well as to perform such duties as operationally needed.

BACKGROUND/ EDUCATION:
1. No restrictions on education but must be able to read and write at least to a 6th grade level.
