Qualifications Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in management or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the security industry. - Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency. - Experience in conflict resolution and handling emergency situations effectively.
