Issuing Operator- Swing Shift Details:
Performs the following types of duties: set up scales and other issuing equipment; issues product to batch records and monitors quality of production runs by the use of scales, observation of product, and comparison with former runs; operates mixing and comil equipment; operates bin wash equipment; recommends changes to operation procedures on a run-by-run basis as conditions change; cleans equipment and room thoroughly; maintains records of production runs; communicates relevant information to coworkers; performs other related duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produces and inspects the quality of products for internal and external customers
Issues product to work orders in the material prep area and verifies raw material information to work order
Inspects, sets up, and cleans equipment
Cleans production rooms
Completes necessary documentation and paperwork, reconciles and double-checks all work records
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Four years of high school plus specific course requirements
Knowledge of weights and measurements, i.e. metric system
Skill in operating process equipment
Basic math skills
General computer skills and experience helpful
Ability to follow written instructions
Able to consistently follow correct issuing procedures

An Overflow Shift Lead is responsible for their assigned shift running smoothly, answering questions from their team, collaborating with their team and other shift leads, problem-solving and teaching their staff to do the same, providing necessary training to team members, and ensuring their shift has enough staff present.

Staffing & Scheduling
Create the schedule for their assigned shift
Each week's schedule will need to be done by the Sunday prior.
Minimum 5 Support Staff per shift
Each staff should be scheduled for 4-5 shifts per week (Sun-Sat)
Overtime must be approved by Site Director
Ensure that enough staff are present for each shift
All staff should follow the Overflow Absence/Tardy Policy
Once the schedule is posted, staff are responsible to find coverage for assigned shift if they need to call out
Shift Lead and Site Director must be notified of any changes to the schedule
Make sure your team is aware of the following process if they are unable to work their assigned shifts for whatever reason

Exhibits a positive and compassionate attitude, sensitivity, and the ability to work well with others in a close residential setting.
Model positive behavior, appropriate boundaries, and the ability to use sound judgment during times of crisis.

Reliability is an absolute must. The employee will be scheduled appointments where they are expected to be there at a certain time and efficiently complete the job accurately within a certain pre-determined time. We are looking for someone with very good people skills, friendly yet professional level communication skills, trustworthy in every way, with schedule flexibility. We will also work with your schedule as needed. Communication and customer service is very important.
They must be able to pass the initial background check and drug screening, and be willing to submit to random drug testing.
We are in the private homes of individuals as well as offices for local businesses and trust is imperative.
TRANSPORTATION: In most cases, the employee will need their own transportation. There will be times where the group lead can arrange a carpool with the other members assigned to a job.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma is preferred but not necessary. No college is necessary. However, the applicant must have the ability to learn new skills, become efficient, and take learning very seriously.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: No commercial cleaning experience is required. Leadership experience is a definite plus, experience cleaning your own home over the years qualifies as a level of experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a very physically active job where lifting, bending, stooping, visual acuity, mental organization and coordination, balance, and moving are all very necessary to be efficient. If you have concerns that any of these physical or mental activities would be detrimental to your health, please consider a different job that may be more suitable. It is frequent that lifting 20 lb chairs, and even some items that are heavier may be necessary.
STARTING WAGE: Starting wages will be based on the results of a testing phase where the level of cleaning accuracy, personal conduct, and independence potential will be monitored. During the testing phase, the starting wages are $13/hr. The employee will be working with a trainer at all times, and after the 40 hours is completed, they will go through an evaluation meeting where they will be given their actual starting wage ranging between $13/hr to $15/hr.

· Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
· During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
Pushing
· To move trays which are placed on dollies.
· A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
· Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
· Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
· During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Stooping/Bending
· Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
· Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
· Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching
· Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
· Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
· Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
· Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
Driving
· Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift.
Hand Tasks
· Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
· Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
· Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
· Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
· Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
