The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 supervisors and ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality semiconductor products. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 6-8 production supervisors. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
