We will ensure you are trained and have a positive learning experience when you join our team. Each base bonus has the potential to earn 130% based on the store and managers ability to meet the goals set, producing a potential monthly bonus range of $455 to $1300. The Details:
The chief responsibility of ShiftManagers for Domino's is to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant. ShiftManagers must be adaptable and self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Domino's is looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced yet fun working environment and can help maintain a positive crew morale. ShiftManagers also have to know how to prepare pizzas and how best to deliver to designated places where the orders have been made. They also need to drop off nightly deposits and do the paperwork needed when the General Manager is not around. Cash management, people management and time management skills are all required for the position.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be required to work outdoors, in various temperatures, in a noisy environment, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust or toxic chemicals. This job can be physically demanding: the team member may be required to use hand repetitively, stand for prolonged periods, bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop or kneel.
Some specific duties of a ShiftManager are:
Counting inventory and supplies on a nightly basis
Analyze labor and sales on a continual basis
Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
Efficient employee supervision and task delegation
Interviewing, hiring and onboarding and training new team members
Preparing and packaging food products in a presentable manner
Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment

Job Responsibilities
Team
* Train and develop staff by implementing established training plans and systems to achieve targeted goals
* Ensure that employees take the required breaks and comply with minor work limitations as directed
* Prevent team members from performing work duties if they exhibit signs of illness or are unfit for duty
* Promptly report employee concerns or complaints to the General Manager and Human Resources
Guests
* Ensure every guest has an outstanding dining experience by providing exceptional service and resolving any concern with professionalism and sound judgment
* Conduct routine walkthroughs of the restaurant, including the parking lot, restrooms, and dining areas, while engaging with guests to enhance their experience
* Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and a guest-first mindset, consistently promoting excellent customer service
* Effectively manage guest concerns and complaints in the absence of upper management, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment by upholding company policies against harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and promptly report any concerns to the General Manager and Human Resources
* Maintain a professional appearance by wearing a clean uniform and slip-resistant shoes
* Follow hygiene and food safety protocols, including frequent handwashing
* Prioritize workplace health and safety by not reporting to work when ill and notifying management promptly if you are unable to work a scheduled shift
Operations
* Oversee compliance with all food safety regulations and enforce restaurant safety procedures
* Ensure staff are properly trained and prepared for promotions & LTOs
* Use a headset to monitor team interactions with guests, providing praise coaching, or redirection as needed
* Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment maintenance issues to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain daily food safety compliance and uphold operational standards
* Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other leadership as necessary
* Deliver exceptional guest service and support team members by actively working in front-of-house operations
Profitability
* Ensure all food orders, specialty drinks and desserts follow company recipes, brand standards, and are accurately recorded in the POS system
* Organize for shift readiness by positioning team members to meet sales demands while managing waste and prep systems to control costs
* Utilize equipment, small wares, and products as intended, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctioning or unsafe equipment immediately
* Enforce the proper use of safety equipment by all employees to maintain a secure work environment
* Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with financial guidelines
Education and Work Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Serv Safe training & certificate
* Prior experience with a POS System
* Shift control training is conducted at the current restaurant and verified by the General Manager and District Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Under the direction of the Associate Branch Executive, the Evening and Weekend Manager delivers excellent member service by creating an environment that is safe, member-centric, friendly, courteous, and highly efficient. The Evening and Weekend Manager supplies leadership to the staff in the building, in the absence of the Associate Branch Executive and Membership Director, by adhering to our operation principles, conducting the mission of the Y, enforcing our policies and guidelines, and supervising the member service desk and staff.
Scheduling and Availability
This position will primarily include evening shifts (M-FR) approximately 2:30-9:30 PM, and weekend shifts (various hours throughout the day and evening).

Two part-time positions (20-29 hrs./week) - eligible for part-time benefits
One full-time position (30-40 hrs./week) - eligible for full time benefits

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages time between working front desk operations and overseeing activities throughout the building including quality control, member and staff safety, initial discipline to all YMCA staff, and member engagement and satisfaction.
Processes membership transactions including sales, member check-in, tours, paperwork, and exceptions for Membership for All circumstances
Monitors staff coverage, adjusting membership staffing levels as needed based on seasonal fluctuations and usage.
Supplies input on strategies or methods relating to member acquisition and retention, including efforts including cancellation tracking, new member welcome phone calls, and cause-driven tours.
Serves as a member of the Membership Leadership Team, reinforcing YMCA policies and procedures and membership standards, and works with Membership Director and Associate Branch Executive to issue information to the Membership Department.
Maintains current knowledge on all YMCA programs, facilities, and services.
Makes decisions within operating systems related to failed drafts, cancellations, and other membership functions in the absence of the Membership Director and Associate Branch Executive.
Supplies leadership in director(s) absence during an accident/incident in the facility, ensuring accidents/incidents/MOD shift reports are completed and distributed.
Actively participates in annual fundraising campaign events and projects, encouraging staff and members to get involved in the promotion of YMCA programs, memberships, and collection of donations
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or G.E.D required
1 to 3 years working in health and wellness, hospitality or customer service or retail field preferred.
Completes YMCA program-specific training upon hire
Comprehensive knowledge of the Emergency Action Plan and Operations Manual.
Skills in complex problem solving, conflict management, and conflict resolution
