What you'll do on a typical day:
Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time
Review workload and assign tasks to employees
Properly train and coach the warehouse team and provide positive developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions as needed
Correctly utilize warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents
Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service
Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
Safely operate various equipment and tools
Provide support and backup to warehouse management
Track orders and investigate problems
Catalog and track goods and/or supplies
Adhere to the 7S program by maintaining a clean environment
Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
1 year of SAP experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
It'd be great if you also have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
1 year of experience as a supervisor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills in inventory control and cycle counting
Background in safety, OSHA or EHS training
This job requires the ability to:
Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
Take a reach truck or cherry picker to a height of 23+ feet
Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

Shift Leader Expectations
As the "big cheese" on shift, you'll keep things running smoothly from start to finish! That means making sure orders go out quickly and accurately, the food is top-notch, and customers leave happy. You'll also keep the team on track with their tasks, hand out well-earned tips at the end of shifts, and make sure everyone's in the right spot to keep things flowing. Plus, you'll help train new crew members and roll out any updates or changes.
Oh, and let's not forget about the tips! They'll have you
rolling
in dough (pun absolutely intended). If you're ready to join a crew that works hard, laughs a lot, and makes ridiculously good pizza, we'd love to have you!
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry is required. Any previous Shift Leading or Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Cross-trained in, or has a solid understanding of, all restaurant departments (Front of House and Back of House).
Comfortable and able to handle large sums of money, delegating tasks, providing training, and giving feedback.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, stretch pizza dough for long periods, and bend, crouch, and lift up to 20-50 lbs regularly. This is an active job!
Must be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, knives, and other related equipment.
English language proficiency is required for this position.

Shift Leader Scheduling and Hours
Our hours are Tuesday-Wednesday from 4pm-8pm and Thursday-Sunday 11am-8pm! Opening shifts typically start about 1-2 hours before opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing. Prep-specific shifts are typically in the morning before the restaurant opens.
Our restaurants are busiest on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is strongly preferred. Part-time or full-time hours are available. We'll try our hardest to give you the hours and shifts you want, but we can't promise the same schedule or the same number of hours every week.

Shift Leader Expectations
As the "big cheese" on shift, you'll keep things running smoothly from start to finish! That means making sure orders go out quickly and accurately, the food is top-notch, and customers leave happy. You'll also keep the team on track with their tasks, hand out well-earned tips at the end of shifts, and make sure everyone's in the right spot to keep things flowing. Plus, you'll help train new crew members and roll out any updates or changes.

Shift Leader Scheduling and Hours
Our hours are Tuesday-Wednesday from 4pm-8pm and Thursday-Sunday 11am-8pm! Opening shifts typically start about 1-2 hours before opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing. Prep-specific shifts are typically in the morning before the restaurant opens.
Our restaurants are busiest on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is strongly preferred. Part-time or full-time hours are available. We'll try our hardest to give you the hours and shifts you want, but we can't promise the same schedule or the same number of hours every week.

You'll support the management team in overseeing daily operations, lead your team with positivity and purpose, and create an environment where both guests and team members feel valued.
This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant experience who's ready to take the next step in leadership. You'll get hands-on experience in both front- and back-of-house operations, while playing a key role in staff training, team development, and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Lead by example and execute high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service
Ensure every guest has a legendary experience, every time
Help guide and support your team through a successful shift - start to finish
Confidently run a shift solo, including the ability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed
Reinforce daily procedures and drive operational consistency
Assist with training, mentoring, and developing new and existing team members
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A flexible, can-do attitude with evening/weekend availability
Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Able to work 30+ hours/week
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
