Ensure all training is being done and documented appropriately for new team members assigned to the shift. Document disciplinary issues and report to Production Manager and HR Manager. Complete shift reports with accuracy. Ensure all employees are using approved safe work practices. Be able to perform duties of a skilled operator, including making adjustments to line process to ensure high quality product using the HMI (Human Machine Interface) at all line stations. Anticipate and troubleshoot problems to correct or prevent interruptions to the line. Control production limits using HMI Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent performance of quality checks and appropriate response to results.
