The AMS (Application Managed Services) team is responsible for leading and closing large multi-year AMS and application development & enhancement and testing/Quality Assurance engagements. The focus is on large deals (>50m) along with integrated AMS/Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) and System Integration as part of a broader AMS construct. As a Sales Capture Senior Manager you will be responsible to shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi-service. Close sales opportunities resulting in profitable sales growth by leading opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accenture's offerings. Senior sales capture professional will play a role in originating opportunities in addition to qualification, shaping, selling, negotiating and closing.
The work:

What you need:

Shift Leaders are an essential part of our restaurant. Our commitment to Fresh, Authentic and Bold (FAB) flavors starts with managing team members and upholding company standards. The shift leader supports both the Assistant GM and the General Manager in the restaurant. They lead by example and assist employees with daily routines and tasks while maintaining Raydal Hospitality standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for some opening and closing shifts.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
Check and correct prep for that service/day.
Maintain labor as per the GM schedule or project sales.
Manage and assist to meet ticket time standards, food preparation standards and plating standards.
Create a healthy working environment for our employees.
Help to achieve sales goals by upselling, table touches and great customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.
Serv Safe certified recommended (we provide training upon hiring).
Computer literate and basic Math skills.
An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation required.
