How you will make history here...
As the Enterprise eCommerce Customer Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the total Campbell portfolio at Walmart. You will lead the eCommerce conversion and online communications, supporting the Campbell's Walmart sales team. You will be a member of the Shopper/Omni-Commerce Sales HQ team and the Walmart customer team. You will be responsible of managing our Walmart eCommerce sales strategy, elevating our business partnership, and helping to build a long-term sustainable growth strategy using all path-to-purchase conversion drivers for joint business success. Along with the growth of grocery modality models and online sales from in-store assortment, you will lead the roadmap for cyber events and the ecommerce price pack architecture that drives modality assortment for the Campbell's enterprise.
Critical to the success of this position is a deep knowledge of ecommerce data and building strong relationships with Walmart. You will be part of the omni-commerce sales team for Campbell's driving transformation at Walmart. To achieve your objectives, you must utilize strategic thinking to create joint business plans, influence internal stakeholders, and solve increasingly complex customer challenges with regards to the evolving digital landscapes. There is high collaboration required for this integrated role so you will also work closely with other Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Strategy teams, as well as our retail partners to bring compelling guidance around maximizing traffic, conversion and growth across our food categories.
What you will do...
• Lead ecommerce Walmart sales strategy and own ecommerce solutions to drive digital dollar growth at Walmart
• Lead in the development of insight-backed ecommerce strategies and tactics (recipe integration, shelf pages, Product Detail Pages)
• Utilize and be the expert in Scintilla and Walmart ecommerce data, inclusive of digital landscape tool in Scintilla

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$115,100-$165,500
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. Job Title: Convenience Cashier
Shift: 1st Shift 6AM-2PM
Reports to: Convenience Manager
Convenience Cashiers perform all checkout procedures at our 24-hour Travel Center (including lottery, cigarettes, gasoline, diesel, and convenience store products). Due to Federal and State Laws regarding the minimum age necessary to sell tobacco products all Convenience Cashiers must be at least 18 years old. The Convenience Cashier must have good math skills, be able to count back change accurately and be very trustworthy.
The ideal candidate is dependable and reliable with excellent customer service skills, top-notch accuracy, and displays exceptional customer service.
Job Duties:
· Responsible for all checkout procedures including scanning items, determining prices on items not able to be scanned, accepting payment in cash/debit/credit/check form and making change
· Must greet all customers in a friendly manner, making eye contact when possible
· Must know procedures for Lottery scratch offs, online games and payouts
· Must be familiar with the store and all products
· Responsible for checking ID for any person who does not clearly appear to be at least 30 years of age in accordance store policy, as well as following all Federal & State Laws regarding sale of tobacco products or alcohol
· Must deny sale of tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21, any person who is purchasing tobacco products on behalf of a minor, and any person who does not have a valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID demonstrating that they are at least 21 years of age
· Must deny sale of alcohol to anyone under the age of 21, any person who is purchasing alcohol on behalf of a minor, and any person who does not have a valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID demonstrating that they are at least 21 years of age
· Must be able to accurately count back change correctly
· Must be able to issue a refund
· Responsible for following all procedures to ensure the authenticity of all bills $20 and larger
· Responsible for following proper procedure when cashing a check
· Must complete all legally required forms including, but not limited to forms required to sell tobacco, fuel, and alcohol products
· Must be able to accept coupons
· Must help stock cigarettes and tobacco according to proper procedure
· Must follow proper procedures at the beginning and end of shifts to open and close till properly
· Performs other job duties as assigned
· Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
Qualification and Skills:
· High School Diploma or GED
