We're excited to announce the opening of our new store at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois, this January, and we're looking for a dynamic Floor Supervisor to join the team!
What would your day to day look like?
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the general running of the floor. You will ensure that sales targets are achieved, and customer service is at its highest level. To support the work of the Visual Merchandiser and display the product in a commercial and aesthetic manner in accordance with company standards, in order to maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· To ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store
· To ensure the team possesses good product knowledge and is aware of the key performance indicators
· To be familiar with and offer services according to the needs of customers in order to maximize sales
· To organize and distribute tasks and positions to each member of the team
· To ensure that sales targets are implemented, achieved and exceeded in store
· To maintain the image of the store in order to make it attractive and commercial
· To know and apply the visual merchandising standards of the brand and of the season.
· To participate in updating the Merchandising and Rotation schedules

The O&M Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day repair, maintenance, and installation of the building's mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment that supports both the operation and maintenance of the Facilities team. * Participate in facility remodels, exhibit construction, and other long-term planning initiatives.

* Respond to emergencies and immediately recognize and address system shortcomings or failures.
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education: Bachelor's degree or Physical Engineering license in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Candidates with HVAC, Water Distribution or Water Treatment Certifications are considered.
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in aquarium, zoo, or equivalent facility/plant engineering and filtration systems.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical/electrical systems, HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, and life support operations.
* Experience with building automation systems and energy/resource management.
* Ability to effectively collaborate with staff at all levels and external partners.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft 365, BAS (Building Automation Systems), and Preventive Maintenance Software.
* Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and prepare clear reports and correspondence.

FLD Lead - 2nd Shift
Shift supervisor job in Elk Grove Village, IL
The principal functions of this position are to safely and efficiently lead the FLD team in daily assignments, delegate tasks to warehouse forklift operators, and update the Warehouse Shift Supervisor on all warehouse floor activities.
Responsibilities of the Position:
Meets daily with shift Supervisor at start of shift to review staffing and assignments.
Presents information to FLD as directed by the supervisor.
Works directly or assigns training responsibilities for all new hires in conjunction with direction from the supervisor.
Leads by example, adhering to all Safety, Quality and Productivity requirements, and engages associates failing to follow the safety and quality expectations.
Demonstrates the ability to be responsible for a clean and organized warehouse.
Demonstrates the ability to communicate in a professional and precise manner. Assigns tasks fairly, treats all with respect and dignity.
Demonstrates the ability to have oversight of the entire warehouse operation and not be tied into one function.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Willingness to learn and accept heightened responsibilities
- Bilingual preferred
Education and Experience:
At least one year of Warehouse lead experience.
Understanding of basic arithmetic, reading level to understand instructions, policies, and procedures
GED preferred
Forklift certifications (Toyota sit-downs and Raymond reach truck)
Food Safety Responsibilities:
Attend all food safety training sessions (GMP, SQF, HACCP, Allergen, Food Facility Security, Preventing Foodborne Illness)
Participate in company GMP walks
Enforce company rules regarding food safety and monitoring
Working Conditions:
Office setting and warehouse environment with temperature range of 55 - 80 degrees
This position may require the employee to work weekends or shifts other than their own to meet the needs of the business.
Working Shifts between 8 and 12 hours
Milk, egg, peanut, soy and/or wheat allergens are processed
Physical Requirements:
