To provide leadership and intentional oversight to persons served
To complete and/or improve processes and procedures through collaboration with the House Manager.
To provide oversight of all client activities including but not limited to, program related classes and meetings, as well as special events and activities inside/outside Revive facilities.
Attend and participate in all required staff meetings.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of all Revive policies and rules.
Complete all assigned duties and tasks in a timely manner.
Educate and coach persons served in all aspects of the house policy and procedures.

BACKGROUND/ EDUCATION:
No restrictions on education but must be able to read and write at least to a 6th grade level.
Background in or be familiar and willing to work with men struggling with substance abuse issues.
Preferred one year of full-time of direct practice (volunteer or paid) in a peer recovery support or similar environment.
A valid State drivers license must meet insurance requirement for coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:
The ShiftSupervisor will direct the activities of clients during a specific period or shift. This involves working with them to ensure they are in treatment as required, participating in programming or other activities. As a ShiftSupervisor, you will work alongside the General Manager to perform daily supervisory duties. These responsibilities include assisting in managing front-of-house and back-of-house operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
ShiftSupervisor Key Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of the front of house employees on a daily basis, ensuring policies and processes are being followed and inspecting operational flow on a continuous basis.
Responsible for overseeing the floor during service; ensuring the team stays on task and delegating assignments as needed.
Ensure guest satisfaction; interacting with guests and engaging in service recovery when issues arise.
Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to presentation standards and recipes.
Be proactive in reaching our Company goals in sales, service, appearance; while creating a positive, fun and productive working environment
Ensure compliance with department of health standards, maintaining superior cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
Identify potential safety hazards and initiate corrective action; ensuring the restaurant is safe for both employees and guests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
ShiftSupervisor Qualifications:
Previous restaurant shift lead / supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant required.
Candidate must have well developed leadership skills, with experience engaging in the service recovery process.
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment while effectively delegating tasks.
Must be proficient with computers and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift / carry items up to 40 lbs. and push / pull items up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting and reaching overhead.

Uphold City Wide policies and ensure all work complies with client procedures and safety standards.
Adapt across environments - you might oversee services in an office one night and a warehouse the next.

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in multi-site supervision, operations, or janitorial services management.
Ability to lead and influence independent workers.
Great attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication - you can hold others accountable while keeping relationships strong.
A high school diploma (or equivalent experience); knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record - this is a field-based role.
