About the role
As a ShiftSupervisor, you are responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety during field execution. The role involves providing the Project Manager with progress updates and discussing the project schedule in detail. The Site Supervisor must also be able to inform the Project Manager about the planned work.
Working directly with Project Managers to maintain the project budget and inform them of potential cost savings.
Notify the Project Manager of onsite issues, but it is expected that the Site Supervisor will manage and address the site complications and/or unforeseen issues.
Occasionally perform site walks and work with Project Managers to develop means and methods for site work.
Support and contribute to in-house safety trainings.
