Responsibilities and Duties:
You will assist in a number of different areas including interacting with Residents and Guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in dining room during peak meal times, and performing assorted cleaning.

Observe, note, and report reactions to psychotropic drugs and other medications.

Order random urinalysis as per physicians or licensed independent practitioners instructions.
Update medical and clinical team regularly regarding all clients seen and coordinates client care.

The Day-to-Day:
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
Oversee Team Members' completion of shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.
Provide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.
Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.
Actively participate in training Team Members.
Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution.
Assist the RGM in screening Team Member candidates.
Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor.
Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
Assist the RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed.
Is this you?
1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies
Must be at least 18 years of age
Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another).

The Belfast Community Co-op is looking for an experienced Grocery Shift Lead to be part of our Grocery Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is skilled at implementing, and maintaining systems, is solution-oriented, and is an effective communicator and leader. This is a full-time position (30+ hours weekly) requiring evening availability with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
The Grocery Shift Leader is responsible for sales floor outcomes including the daily completion of task lists, fully-stocked shelves, excellent customer service, and any tasks assigned by department management. The Shift Leader position delegates tasks to the grocery clerks and monitors efficiency. This role provides feedback to department management about personnel and process and ensures the smooth operation of all aspects of the Grocery Department, particularly during management absence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reviews daily schedule and organizes workflow in order to accomplish tasks as set by management
With input from management, delegates tasks in order of importance and supervises the successful achievement of daily goals and objectives
