Immediately reports all unusual, suspicious or irregular situations, dealer errors, guest complaints/issues, instances of possible theft/cheating by either a guest, dealer, or other Games Team Member to the appropriate person. Oversees daily game protection, floor operational tasks, and employee performance and satisfaction. Oversee daily table games operations, including opening and closing duties, game protection, resolving guest concerns, and adjusting employee table assignments as needed. Other duties as assigned.
