You'll support our production team and shift supervisors to keep operations running smoothly. This role focuses on developing people, building a strong team culture, and making sure we deliver safe high quality work every day. Schedule: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM • Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur • Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week! Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.
