The Retail Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the team shops' product management, inventory and product displays as well as processing payments using our point-of-sale system in a retail environment. Their duties will include all duties of a Retail Sales Associate (such as tagging products, interacting with customers, scanning items for sale, guiding customer interactions on the floor and at the door) and additional responsibilities such as processing returns, opening the team shops, and directing the Merch Associates to their respective roles.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction, and independent decision-making skills are required.
In light of the seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the position will run from now until the beginning of April for the Spring Training season, with ability to return when event season begins again next Winter. Schedule varies depending on game time and attendance.
This is a seasonal role from December 15, 2025 and will end on April 1, 2026.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$22.00
This position will remain open until March 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive and friendly customer service
Assist customers by answering questions and addressing concerns
Processing credit cards purchases and gift card sale transactions
Lift and move merchandise, including receiving and restocking merchandise, as necessary
Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards
Assist with receiving new product, ticketing, sizing and inventory
Maintain a friendly environment to encourage a positive customer experience
Contribute to the team's working environment by adhering to the company's policies and procedures
Communicate with retail personnel regarding any customer needs or issues

Test chemical concentrations and tear down and wash the processing and batching tanks and associated equipment. Responsible for daily cleaning of equipment, including clean-in-place (CIP) of all tanks, maintaining good housekeeping throughout the area.
Ensure consistent and accurate measurements and blending to ensure continuous product supply to filling equipment. Perform routine tests to affirm the final mixture meets itemized properties and consistencies, in addition to tests for batch temperature requirements.
Analyze reports for batching yields, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system accuracy, raw material lot management, system processes, and quality checks.
Recommend and help implement measures to improve production batching methods, equipment performance, and quality of the product, and reduce raw material/product waste. Collaborate with maintenance and plant leadership on process improvements.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
The ShiftSupervisor is responsible for providing operational and administrative oversight of the facility during assigned shifts or within specific units, ensuring that processes are streamlined to deliver the most efficient care to patients and effective utilization of resources. The ShiftSupervisor ensures that patients progress smoothly through the facility, receiving the appropriate level of care at each stage.
* Oversees the operation of the assigned unit and shift to ensure the clinical team is operating efficiently, smoothly, and consistently to support high-quality clinical care and outcomes.
* Oversees the operation, organization, and flow of patients through the unit and facility; including but not limited to delegating work assignments for all disciplines, and supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges to and from the unit. Acts as the onsite resource for the clinical staff, individuals, family members, or community stakeholders
* Responsible for ensuring all clinical staff are following Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle Management guidelines to ensure correct coding and billing of services.
* Manages escalated concerns/problems from internal and external stakeholders. Actively assess and manage barriers that impact patient flow through the facility.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, all standards of practice, and the requirements of regulatory and accreditation agencies.
* Assists with training and orientation of new staff to unit processes and procedures. Partners with discipline manager to ensure full orientation to position.
* Utilizes de-escalation procedures and theories to assist in providing a safe milieu. Utilizes skills effectively to describe and demonstrate roles and responsibilities relative to safety.
* Partners with clinical and administrative managers to identify and manage performance and behavior issues.
* Is trained in and able to perform Safe Clinch techniques and provide oversight and guidance.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* At least 5 years' experience as a direct clinical care provider in Nursing, Social Services, Administrative, or Milieu support (BHS/RSS)
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of leadership experience
* Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to encourage cross-functional and multi-disciplinary partnership
* The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company's exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment.

Compensation:
Base pay is $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
Work all café positions - our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable - including working in our kitchens to make food to order
Help run and administer a smooth schedule for breaks, meal period and shifts
Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks
Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty
Lead store cleanliness and safety - always ready for guests and teammates

Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
