Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of team members and implementation of policies, procedures, strategies and objectives within assigned shift and/or area. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process within assigned shift and/or area. Integral to ensuring that all goals for safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, scrap, headcount, and overtime within assigned shift and/or area are monitored and met, and for driving improvements within scope of responsibilities.
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the performance of area(s) of responsibility.
Supervise, develop, motivate, and train team members.
Ensure that all team members understand and fulfill their individual roles and responsibilities.
Develop the maturity of assigned area(s) in the subjects of safety, compliance, quality, 5S, and productivity
Lead team members during the set-up and production process.
Address and eliminate identified weak points and errors in the production process.
Collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve issues.
Initiate, monitor, and ensure compliance with production specifications such as set-up times, speeds, and number of operators.
Documentation of product-specific data sheet.
Ensuring the forwarding of reportable information (occupational safety, productivity, quality, ZH reports, logbook, etc.)
Collaborate in the implementation of instructions, training, inspections, and audits.
Duties back filling scope of operations, Running Line, enter line, etc.
Actively participate in order fulfillment by taking on the responsibilities of a Area Manager, when needed.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining of all area personnel.
Conduct Layered Process and Safety Audits.
Conduct or participate in RC/CA for quality and safety issues.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in metals.
Technical knowledge in area of responsibilities (i.e. metal forming, roll forming, benders, lasers, saws, etc.)
Ability to work side-by-side and operate equipment
Required Skills and Abilities
Thorough understanding of manufacturing operations, familiarity with information systems terms and general knowledge of applications.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Effective management and leadership skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises operators, setups and techs in the production department.

Physical Requirements
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud; hearing protection is provided and required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, coolant, or airborne particles and will work near moving mechanical parts.
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to perform excessive walking, standing, bending, climbing, reaching, grasping, and lifting.
Ability to visually inspect parts and use of hands to use measuring gauges.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The ShiftSupervisor is responsible for overall safety, security, and operation of the facility. The ShiftSupervisor is responsible for CBCF operations in the absence of higher-level supervisors/managers/administrators and ensures facility and residents are safe and secure on a 24-hour basis. Participates in training new staff, prepares reports, updates logs, and maintains records. Coordinates residents' itineraries, transportation, and appointments outside the facility. Develops and maintains professional and effective working relationships with assigned staff, residents, co-workers, contractors, volunteers, members of the leadership team, and the general public. Works under stressful conditions. Promotes responsible and pro-social behavior throughout the facility.
WORK HOURS: 12 hour shifts; 5:30 am-5:30 pm or 5:30 pm-5:30 am; evenings and weekends required; Subject to mandated overtime; 84 hour alternating biweekly schedule; Volunteer overtime opportunities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work involves a significant amount of standing, walking, sitting, talking, listening, and reaching with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have ability to operate office equipment. Must be sufficiently ambulatory to complete and conduct necessary security protocol.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have proficient computer skills. High school diploma required. Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred. Two (2) years of experience in corrections required. Must possess valid Ohio driver's license and a good driving record.

Job Purpose
The Procurement Team Lead supervises a team that performs direct Purchasing work for PS&P manufacturing sites and supports Procurement Unit Lead and Department Lead with operation, resource, and performance responsibilities to realize business plan objectives.
Key Accountabilities

Manage New Supplier Process (NSP) registration activity within team. Create and conduct training of NSP to team members. Create standard workflows and support critical issues as subject-matter-expert (SME) for NSP.
Handling of change requests from suppliers (DCR/CRF) to ensure accuracy and timely closure. Responsible for overseeing the entire process, ensuring requests are logged, assessed, and acted upon. Clearly document the change request process and make it accessible to all stakeholders.
Manage associate performance through annual review process with input from Unit Lead. Participate in the hiring process with Management to identify/select candidates for retaining target headcount level.
Manage onboarding process of new associates. Support associate training plans. Contribute to skill assessments within area of responsibility.
Substitute for the Unit Lead occasionally with management responsibilities related to procurement, travel approvals, timekeeping, and/or facility access to prevent disruptions of business operations.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in business (Supply Chain) or closely related field or 12+ years equivalency in procurement tenure and experience

POSITION OVERVIEW
Our ShiftSupervisors keep things spinning and shaking during scheduled shifts. ShiftSupervisors work alongside and lead team members to meet or exceed shift goals while maintaining a fun and professional retail environment. They are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and champion our culture with excellence and integrity. Take charge of opening and closing duties, both solo and by rallying the team.
Dive into Team Member training, providing clear feedback and coaching vibes.
Keep the store manager in the loop on Team Member performance.
Amp up the customer's love as a brand advocate, showing genuine enthusiasm and top-tier customer service.
Boost those sales with your creative flairsampling, product recommendations, and subtle upselling moves.
Master the art of crafting high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates while sticking to the recipe and presentation standards. Nailed it.
Keep that cool demeanor intact when smoothing out customer complaints.
Stay on top of the game by organizing work and sales areas, from stockrooms to coolers and freezers.
Dive into the retail magic, prepping the environment for promotions with seasonal vibes, rotating products, and killer signage.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while demonstrating leadership and delegation skills
Ability to judge and appropriately react to business activity to ensure labor management
Attention to detail and safety requirements
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Previous customer service and cash-handling experience

About Your Career
