YOUR ROLE ON THE GAMING FLOOR - LEADERSHIP IN ACTION As a Shift Supervisor, you will: Team Leadership & Staffing • Lead and supervise employees throughout your shift • Assign tasks, oversee performance, and train new and existing team members • Communicate and document call-ins; secure coverage when needed • Maintain and update schedules to ensure proper staffing Operations & Floor Oversight • Monitor and support casino floor activity to maximize guest satisfaction • Resolve operational issues, staff concerns, and guest complaints • Maintain accurate records and documentation of shift activities • Ensure safe and compliant operations at all times Cash Handling & Compliance • Process and verify cash transactions, vouchers, and manual payouts • Maintain, safeguard, and reconcile cash drawers with precision • Complete reports and reconcile transactions correctly and on time • Follow CNICS, MICS, SICS, Title 31, and anti-money-laundering regulations • Protect company assets and ensure confidentiality Machine & Facility Support • Perform minor machine resets, paper reloads, and small fixes • Track inventory levels; notify management in advance of reorder needs • Assist with light housekeeping and machine-area upkeep Guest Experience • Provide exceptional customer service to every guest • Assist with promotions, vouchers, and rewards redemption • Communicate current promotions clearly and enthusiastically Additional Duties • Collaborate with floor staff, surveillance, and security • Uphold company standards of professionalism, appearance, and attendance • Perform other duties as required to support operations ????
