    SHIFT DETAILS: 1st Shift 7:30 am - 4:30 pm - Pay $18.70 2nd Shift 4:20 pm - 1:30 am - Pay $20.20 $1,500 Sign & Stay Bonus for Second Shift Benefits available Day 1 On the Job Training PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Line Associate is responsible for the disassembly of poultry and may perform a wide variety of poultry processing related tasks as they rotate on the production line. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: • Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration • Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements • Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, hardhats, etc.) correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE helping to promote a zero accident culture • Perform additional relevant duties as assigned EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS: • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: • Previous poultry experience preferred SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: • Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs • Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatory PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work non-standard shifts (weekends, holidays and extended shifts) as needed • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally • Exposure to wet and cold environment, and work around raw and/or animal odors • Exposure to noise of > 85 decibels, CO2 and moving equipment We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Lead each shift by delegating duties and assigned tasks and follow up with team members. Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome. Assist in preparation food items including prepping menu items using equipment like knifes, juicer, grill, oven, food processor and blenders. Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure that food is fresh and safe to serve. Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper opening and closing procedures are being followed in the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas. Ensures that team members take guests' orders and handle accurate cash and credit transactions. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items. Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints and escalate them to the appropriate person in Management. Direct the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift. Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of MAD Greens. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Contributes to a positive team environment. Requirements: Excellent guest service skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Must be at least 18 years of age Must have reliable transportation.
